Upon arrival, the security guard greeted and assisted us until we got to our room since I have a 4-year-old kid with me and had a little bit too much with me. We were able to check in an hour early than our check-in time which was really helpful because we stayed there mainly for work. The housekeeper tended to us quite impeccably. However, the concierges though were helpful, I feel like they didn't really want to answer my queries. Also, even though we brought our own hygiene kit, there weren't any in our room.

The breakfast was simple but of quality preparation. Also, you can't beat the strategic central location in the heart of Iloilo City. It is located within the city's downtown district, near the heritage buildings and streets.
